Our Story
Empire Elite Athletics was established in 2022 by a well-known cheer enthusiast, Alyssa Wheeler. Alyssa has cheered all of her life. She has experience in middle and high school cheer as well as All-Star cheer. In October of 2022, she took her passion for cheer and turned it into a business. She provided a loving gym for individuals who are also passionate about cheer. She has built EEA from the ground up and her character has shined through it immensely. EEA has achieved numerous awards and medals in a span of 2 years. Their senior COED level 4 team won an All-Star Worlds bid in their 2023 season. Most of the middle and high schools in Putnam County come to EEA for assistance in their cheer routines and gameday practice. EEA is carefully staffed with individuals who radiate excitement and dedication to cheer! EEA is growing every year with so much love and support from the community.
