Our All-Star Elite teams are expected to compete the full year with strong commitment. Elite teams are created based on age & experience. All-Star cheerleading is where athleticism meets artistry in a competitive environment. Our teams perform high-energy routines that showcase advanced tumbling, stunting, and dance skills, all judged on execution, creativity, and difficulty. It’s more than a sport—it’s a chance to build confidence, teamwork, and lifelong memories while striving for excellence on and off the mat.
All-Star Prep Teams
Similar to our All-Star Elite teams, except it's less money, less commitment, & less travel! At Empire Elite Athletics, our Prep All-Star teams provide a supportive and exciting entry into competitive cheer. With a focus on foundational skills and local competitions, athletes gain confidence, teamwork, and a love for performing. It’s the ideal step toward future All-Star opportunities!
