Billing Policy

• Tuition is automatically withdrawn on the 5th of every month.

• Tuition includes 4 classes per month:

  • Months with 5 classes are not extra.

  • Months with fewer than 4 sessions will be prorated automatically.

• Tuition is prorated for gym closings automatically.

Attendance Policy

• Attendance is recorded for each class.

• If you miss a class, you may schedule a makeup class.

• Refunds or credits are not issued for missed classes due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other personal reasons.

• Makeup classes can be scheduled by calling or emailing the gym.

Withdrawal / Drop Policy

• To withdraw from a class, you must complete a Drop Form (linked below).

• Drop Forms submitted after the 5th of the month do not receive a refund, but you may attend classes through the remainder of the month paid for.

• Refunds will not be issued for past months of non-attendance unless a Drop Form was submitted or EEA was notified of the withdrawal.
